Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for wallpaper items only, starting from the date of purchase. Please note that a 30% restocking fee will apply, and customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. For all other products, returns are not accepted.

Eligibility for Wallpaper Returns:

• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@veerdecor.com. Returns should be sent to the following address: 605 Philadelphia Street, Covington Kentucky 41011, United States. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item. We will address the issue promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns for:

• Non-wallpaper items, including door mats, wall art, throw pillows, throw blankets, or any other products.
• Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange a wallpaper item, initiate a return as described above. Once accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with proof of purchase.
